Hi, I'm Kevin!
For the past three years, I’ve helped K–12 students overcome one of the most misunderstood subjects out there: Math.
During my time at Mathnasium, I worked with students of all levels, from those struggling with the basics to those aiming to get ahead. And I noticed something important: most students don’t actually hate math. They just haven’t experienced it in a way that makes sense yet.
That realization is what led me to start Math Corner.
Here, the focus isn’t just on getting the right answer; it’s about understanding the “why,” building confidence, and helping students feel capable every time they sit down to solve a problem.
While I also support students in subjects like Biology, Chemistry, and even Microsoft Word, math is at the core of everything we do. Because once a student gains confidence in math, it carries over into everything else.
My goal is simple: meet students where they are, make learning feel natural, and help them realize they’re far more capable than they think.

My goal is simple: help students stop saying “I’m just bad at this” and start saying, “I actually get this now.” Whether it’s math, science, or tech skills, I’m here to make it make sense—and build confidence while we’re at it.
